How the Gift Card Works
You can choose one of our suggested amounts or enter a custom amount to suit your budget and the type of treatment you want to give as a gift.

Enter your buyer information and securely confirm your payment. Your card with a unique code will be automatically created upon completion.
Download the Gift Card in PDF format from the website and also receive it by email. If you don't see it, check your spam/junk mail folder.
You receive the card to give to whomever you want, either printed or digitally.
The beneficiary simply needs to schedule an appointment using the phone number on the card or present it at reception (either on paper or on their mobile device). Our team will validate the code and apply the amount to the most appropriate treatment.
How is the card validated at the clinic?
To redeem the Gift Card, the recipient must:

- Using the Contact or Appointment Request web form
- Directly at the Clinic Reception
2. Request an appointment
Contact the clinic indicating that you have a Gift Card.
3. Present the card on the day of the visit
- You can display it printed or directly from your mobile phone.
- The clinic team will validate the card code and apply the corresponding amount to the chosen treatment or service.
4. Enjoy the experience at the clinic
Together with the medical team, the most suitable treatment or aesthetic plan will be determined. The Gift Card amount will be applied to the cost of the chosen service, according to the clinic's terms and conditions.
Conditions of use
To redeem the Gift Card, the recipient must:
- Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- the card is to the bearer: it can be used by anyone who presents it at the clinic.
- The card amount can be applied to the aesthetic treatments, cosmetic medicine and plastic surgery available at the clinic, according to the professional assessment.
- The Tarjeta Regalo is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If the chosen treatment has a price higher than the card balance, the beneficiary can pay the difference directly at the clinic.
- If the chosen treatment costs less than the card balance, the clinic's specific conditions regarding the remaining balance will apply (e.g., use it on future visits, or according to internal policy).
- It will be necessary the prior assessment by the medical team for certain treatments, especially those of aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery.
- The clinic reserves the right to update prices and treatments, always maintaining the economic value of the card within the validity period.
