Paula Arístegui leads, together with Dr. Judith López, the Obesity and Cardiometabolic Health Unit of our Aesthetic Health Clinic, a space dedicated to comprehensive interventions for overweight, obesity, and the prevention of associated diseases such as type 2 diabetes, dyslipidemia, and metabolic syndrome.

Graduate in Health Biology by the University of Alcalá and in Human Nutrition and Dietetics by the Fernando Pessoa University of the Canary Islands, has complemented his training with programs of specializing in intestinal microbiota, advanced clinical nutrition, digestive pathologies, autoimmune diseases, and hormonal health in women.

Its approach is rigorous, up-to-date and deeply human, with special interest in nutritional education, addressing the Chronic inflamation low-grade and personalized support in treatments such as bariatric surgery, intragastric balloon and dietary re-education.

With experience in hospitals, private clinics, and online consultations, Paula combines science and personal experience to help her patients recover their health from the root causes. She is also actively involved in research projects, university training, and health outreach.
