Dr. Judith López is one of the most renowned voices in the field of endocrinology and metabolism in the Canary Islands. Her career combines scientific knowledge with a deep clinical vocation, making her a leading specialist in the treatment of obesity and metabolic diseases.

With a PhD in Medicine from the University of Alcalá and a specialist in Endocrinology and Nutrition from the Ramón y Cajal Hospital in Madrid, she completed her postdoctoral training in the Department of Molecular Genetics at the University of California, San Diego, as part of an official excellence program from the Ministry of Education.

He currently combines his care work at the University Hospital of the Canary Islands and at Aesthetic Health She teaches at the University of La Laguna and is involved in biomedical research. She is the author of numerous scientific articles and book chapters, and directs research projects and clinical trials. She has received multiple awards for her contributions to science and health.

He is an active member of scientific societies such as SEEN, SED, and SEEDO, and currently holds the elected presidency of the Canary Islands Society of Endocrinology and Nutrition (SOCAEN).
