El Dr. Carlos Berniz se Graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Navarra in 2015 and subsequently completed his training as a Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgeon at the University of Navarra Clinic (Pamplona 2016 – 2021) where he also received the Doctor of Medicine and Applied Biomedicine with his work “Comparative study of the periprosthetic capsule of commercial implants in a murine model: Clinical-Histological Correlation”.
During this period He specialized in breast reconstruction surgery, burn patient surgery, facial paralysis surgery and especially cosmetic surgery., with special dedication to cosmetic breast surgery, body contouring surgery and lipedema treatment.
Throughout his professional career He has trained with the best national and international specialists, completing stays in London (Chelsea & Westminster Hospital) and New York (Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center)He has participated as a speaker in several conferences and is the author of numerous book chapters and scientific articles.
